ABB ROBOT WELDING CROSSMEMBER FOR

For over a year now, RANCO has been using an ABB 1400 Robot to weld all cross members used on RANCO Bottom Dump Trailers. Using the Robot, RANCO has been able to insure that the welding on EACH and EVERY cross member is perfect. Quality Control has always been first and foremost on this and other critical components that go into a RANCO Trailer and now that Quality has been improved.

This is one reason that RANCO is able to be the first Trailer Manufacturer to offer a full 3 YEAR WARRANTY on the structural frame of every RANCO Trailer.

We are now using robots to weld over 50 critical parts used on RANCO Trailers and are about to employ additional robots for other parts and sub-assemblies.
