STANDARD FEATURES OF A RANCO DUMP BODY:
HALF-ROUND BODY: The body, including a unique flanged front bulkhead, is entirely constructed of Ό AR 400 Abrasion Resistant ultra-high strength steel rolled at our plant and welded by automatic equipment.
TOP RAIL: The top rail is made of 3/8 Hi-Strength Steel tube set on a corner to be 100% self shedding while providing maximum resistance to loader impact.
CAB GUARD: Cab guards are built to customer specifications.
TRUNION MOUNTED MULTI-STAGE HOIST: This unique trunion mounted hoist creates additional stability for the body in the dump position.
FULL LENGTH BODY TO FRAME RAILS: The body rails are tied into the hoist support at the front for extra support when dumping. Included is a 3 x 5 Angle Iron sub-frame connected to the rear hinge and to the front cylinder saddle.
BOLT ON FENDERS: Rubber mounted bolt on full length or half length fenders.
HEAVY DUTY HINGE: Rear hinge is designed to support twice the weight normally carried in a dump body. Same reliable hinge as used on RANCO Quarter Frame Dump Trailers.
HI-RISE REAR GATE: The RANCO Hi-Rise air powered gate clears up to 76 material when in full open position.
NOTE: Optional combination gravity hinged and barn door gate is also available.
FULL 3-YEAR WARRANTY: RANCO ANVIL Dump Bodies are warranted for a full three (3) years.
